Job Overview:
The Emergency Department at Atrium Health Stanly requires a skilled Nurse Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting management in developing and implementing strategies for quality improvement and patient satisfaction.
  • Ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements through clinical supervision and guidance.
  • Fostering open communication among team members, patients, and physicians to facilitate seamless care delivery.

Qualifications:
A RN license in the state of practice, 2+ years of nursing experience, and a BSN degree are required. Previous management experience and certifications in leadership or emergency nursing are preferred.
