Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain cabins, including making beds, cleaning bathroom fixtures, removing dirty linen, and replacing guest amenities.
  • Ensure all assigned areas, including hallways, pool areas, and public bathrooms, are cleaned daily.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and inquiries, and reporting maintenance issues.
  • Work effectively under time constraints and quality pressures to achieve department goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Meet scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods.

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform physical and repetitious tasks, including pushing, pulling, lifting, and gripping.
  • Ability to work effectively under time constraints and quality pressures.
  • Flexible availability to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in hotel housekeeping preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
  • Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test and background check.
