**Project Management Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our Evolved By Nature team as an Associate Project Manager. This role will be responsible for assisting in the management of projects within our portfolio, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Management: Assist in creating, maintaining, and monitoring project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings, capturing meeting minutes and action items, and following up to ensure completion.
  • Project Risk Management: Identify project risks and provide mitigation plans where applicable.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain and update project/product-related documentation, ensuring adherence to correct review and approval processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams in a matrix reporting structure, providing weekly status updates.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a related field
  • Certification: Project Management Certification (CAPM, PMP) Preferred but not required with equivalent experience
Skills and Abilities:
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability: Proactive and able to continuously manage change in a fast-paced work environment
