ICU Nurse Specialist in Neuro Trauma

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to fill the role of Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Neuro Trauma Intensive Care Unit at Medical City Arlington. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care.
- Participate in ongoing assessment of quality of patient care services provided in the unit.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.

Requirements:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 60 months of employment start date.
