Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute robust media plans that meet client objectives and drive business results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with campaign plans and projects.
- Navigate client internal structures to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new media platforms, and technological advancements.
- Lead and delegate resource management to ensure team success.
- Develop and advise on integrated media strategies and marketing plans.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience supporting retail apparel clients.
- 4+ years in a supervisory management role.
- Demonstrated management and team development skills.
- Proven experience in multi-channel digital marketing and managing digital media campaigns.
- Solid analytical background with experience in managing budgets/KPIs from a comprehensive, cross-channel strategy perspective.
- Familiarity with various attribution methods (MTA, MMM & Last Click).
- Quick, accurate, and decisive analytical, forecasting, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint or Keynote for reporting and presenting to clients.
