Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking talented individuals to join our Business Leadership Development Program, a highly selective and exciting opportunity for science-minded individuals to develop their skills and advance their careers.
About the ProgramThe Regeneron BuiLD Program is a 9-month rotational program that provides broad exposure to key areas of our business, including Business Development, Corporate Strategy, US and Global Brand Marketing, Market Access, New Products, Finance, Strategic Alliances, Clinical Development, and the Regeneron Genetics Center.
Program Structure- Opportunity to tailor your own experience within the company
- Senior leader mentor to guide you through the program and assist with the selection of rotations and roll-off
- Regular networking opportunities with senior leaders and fellow associates
- Ongoing learning through external conferences and educational experiences
- Opportunities to learn about Regeneron's groundbreaking research and technology
To be considered for this opportunity, you must be an MBA candidate from a top program with an expected graduation in Spring/Summer 2024. Experience in the healthcare or biopharmaceutical industry and an undergraduate degree in Science or Engineering are preferred.
