Job Description:

Zolon Tech Solutions, Inc. is seeking a CX/UX Specialist to join our team. As a CX/UX Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class Web Enterprise solutions.


Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user-centered solutions

* Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions

* Develop and maintain user experience and customer experience strategies

* Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs

* Develop and implement solutions to improve user experience and customer satisfaction


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, or related field

* 3+ years of experience in CX/UX design

* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
