The Barista / Expo (Expo/Takeout) role is a single position responsible for preparing all beverages at the Boba station, arranging all appetizer items at the Side Station, and packaging takeout orders at the Packing station in accordance with Din Tai Fung's established recipes and standard operating procedures. This position also entails maintaining cleanliness and organization across all three stations, conducting regular inventory checks, and restocking necessary supplies.
This role is classified as a Back of House (Kitchen) position.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR BARISTA / EXPO (EXPO/TAKEOUT):
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and highly motivated individuals who can excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Open availability is required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
