About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative, fiscal, and program support to our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in office management, fiscal management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
- Manage the Learning Centers budget, including purchasing, budget tracking, and budget planning.
- Support faculty and student travel, including arranging transportation and accommodations.
- Enter and approve e-PARs for students and faculty.
- Contribute to a professional, customer-focused work environment.
- Work on a team with the administrative staff to support the Learning Centers unit.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of fiscal management principles and the preparation of financial reports.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and work with a high degree of accuracy, reliability, and organization.
- Working knowledge of office management practices.
- Working knowledge of effective customer service practices.
- Working knowledge of project-management practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills that demonstrate respect for others and an ability to build relationships with a wide array of students, staff members, faculty members, and community members.
- Comprehensive computer skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
