Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and analyze sales performance, including sales forecasting, inventory management, and profitability metrics
* Monitor SKU and category performance and productivity
* Conduct detailed planning & financial analyses and generate dynamic sustainable reports to support decision-making processes
* Work closely with finance, planning, and IT teams to address complex problems and ensure cohesive strategy implementation

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Operations, Planning, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
* 2-3 years in planning, analytics, or a related field. Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
* Proficiency in SQL, Power Query, and other data manipulation tools
* Familiarity with automation and dashboard creation using Anaplan, Power BI, Adaptive, MS Dynamics, or similar platforms
* In-depth experience with modeling and data analysis
* Solid understanding of financial statements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
* Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
