Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Donation Attendant to join our team at Pinnacle Peak Store (39th Dr & Pinnacle Peak). As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, receiving donations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to donors and customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Receive and process donations in a timely and efficient manner, following Goodwill's guidelines and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the production room and sales floor.
  • Assist with loading and unloading merchandise, as needed.
  • Operate a pallet jack and walkie stacker safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct daily safety inspections on company-owned equipment and report any issues to management.
  • Participate in cross-training and other training programs to develop skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable.
