We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Barista to join our team at Morrison Healthcare. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso drinks to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, as well as providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide excellent customer service
- Operate a point-of-sale system
- Manage cash and credit transactions
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a barista or customer service role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
