Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Direct and manage daily operations of reaction and blending processes to achieve production targets. Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within the chemical manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of chemical plant operations, particularly in reaction and blending.
  • Proven track record of improving production efficiency and streamlining processes.
  • Strong focus on safety and experience in implementing safety protocols and audits.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with an emphasis on team development and performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a mix of strategic and tactical thinking.
  • Strong communication skills to foster relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
