Senior Teller Opportunity at Washington Financial Bank

Washington Financial Bank is seeking a skilled Senior Teller to join our team in the South Fayette/Washington areas. As a Senior Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions and account information.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years' experience as a Teller or in a related role.
  • Proficient analytical, mathematics, and computer skills.
  • Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. of coin.
