Nurse Practitioner

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team.
Job Summary: Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide population-specific care in accordance with BORN regulations and professional standards of care.
Oversee other assigned team members and contribute to the development of a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- Current MA RN license required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years nursing experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills required.
