Physician Empire is seeking a skilled Family Physician to join our team in Washington State. This permanent opportunity offers a stable and fulfilling career with a focus on providing quality healthcare in a friendly environment.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two, ranging from $250,000 to $300,000 annually. Additionally, you will receive a 401-K with company match and profit sharing, one-year partnership track in the physician-owned Medical Group, generous vacation package including up to 6 weeks paid time off, and all reasonable relocation expenses covered.
About the ClinicThe clinic is a multispecialty facility with over 100 physicians and advanced practice clinicians, offering a wide range of medical services. Our clinic is committed to providing quality care in a friendly and supportive environment.
LocationOur clinic is located in the heart of Washington State, just 70 miles from Tri-Cities Airport (PSC) in Pasco and within 2 hours of Spokane. The area offers four distinct seasons and an average annual rainfall of 8 inches.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have excellent clinical skills and experience working in a family practice setting. You will also need to be proficient in Medicare-approved ambulatory surgery center procedures.
