Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist II to join our team at Mindlance. As an HR Generalist II, you will assist the HR Department with various projects related to Benefits Administration, Recruiting, Compensation, Safety Programs, and more.

You will provide direct support to the HR Director and be responsible for a range of HR Generalist duties, including Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, and Safety. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in any HR-related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR Department with various projects related to Benefits Administration, Recruiting, Compensation, Safety Programs, and more.
  • Provide direct support to the HR Director.
  • Perform a range of HR Generalist duties, including Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, and Safety.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in any HR-related field.
