About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team at GoTo Services. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our MSP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • MSP Market and Buyer Understanding: Develop and grow GoTo's understanding of MSP buyer personas, decision-making processes, pain points, and opportunities to support cross-functional teams.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Be the subject matter expert at the crossroads of MSP market, buyer, and product knowledge to support the development and refinement of ongoing go-to-market tactics targeting MSPs.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning and value propositions that clearly articulate the benefits of our MSP solutions.
  • Marketing Assets and Content: Create and update content to highlight the capabilities and value of our MSP solutions through datasheets, blog posts, overview documents, videos, and comparison guides.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of work experience, including 2-3 years in Product Marketing at a SaaS technology company selling to MSPs.
  • Experienced across B2B marketing to MSPs with a focus on message development and go-to-market strategy.
  • Excellent messaging and positioning skills at both business and technical levels.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences and customer-facing messaging.
  • Bachelor's degree.
