Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct the financial activities of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Monitor and approve all sales, purchases, salaries, and expenses of the hotel, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including the Monthly Report of Operations, and present findings to the management team.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the hotel.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with management and staff.
