Key Holder Job Description

Against All Odds (AAO) is seeking a highly motivated and organized Key Holder to join our retail team. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, determine their needs, and provide assistance with sales and merchandising.
  • Store Operations: Open and close the store, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Team Support: Assist with staff training, development, and motivation.
  • Loss Prevention: Monitor and prevent loss, and maintain a secure store environment.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Sales and Goal-Oriented: Proven sales skills, with a focus on achieving sales goals and targets.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service and resolve customer complaints.
Physical Requirements:
  • Standing and Walking: Ability to stand and walk for lengthy periods, with occasional bending, rotating, and reaching.
  • Lifting: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted.
