Job Title: Part-Time Assistant Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Assistant Manager to join our team at BoxLunch & Hot Topic. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting daily store operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide an outstanding shopping experience for customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Support the store leadership team in achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Train and develop new team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including planogram changes and store displays.
  • Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ partners.
  • Monitor and control store inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of retail store experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
