Located in Overland Park, Kansas, just minutes from Kansas City and the Kansas-Missouri border, our 65-acre community offers a unique blend of natural beauty and modern amenities.

As a Certified Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care that ensures their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs are met.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Implementing personal care plans that focus on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines
  • Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
  • Working with the clinical team to ensure timely attention to residents' needs
  • Administering medication to residents under the guidance of licensed healthcare professionals

In addition to a competitive salary range of up to $23.00 per hour, including shift differential and float rates based on experience, we offer:

We welcome applicants who possess a current CNA certification for the state in which they are working, along with certification for Medication Administration per state requirements. One to two years of CNA experience and one to two years of Medication Administration experience are preferred. High school diploma or GED is required.
