Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce detailed images of the body's internal structures.
  • Position patients correctly to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve imaging procedures and patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in CT scanning and imaging procedures.
  • Current certification in computed tomography (CT) from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Valid state license to practice as a radiologic technologist.
