Qualifications

  • Meticulous attention to detail is essential.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Proven experience in drafting communications, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey critical information.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead collaborative projects.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks with diverse stakeholders while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in project management within higher education.
  • PMP certification.
Work Environment

This position is based on campus and may require flexibility in working hours to accommodate departmental needs and project timelines.

Physical Requirements
