The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Project Manager to join our innovative marketing agency. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in orchestrating and guiding projects from inception to successful execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define strategic project scopes aligned with creative concepts and requirements, in collaboration with account service and team leads.
  • Manage resources and team alignment for optimal project performance.
  • Implement, oversee, and execute project plans, meticulously tracking budgets and timelines.
  • Create and manage comprehensive project documentation, optimizing workflows.
  • Lead projects from initiation to launch, guiding milestones and addressing challenges.
  • Provide clear task definition, progress reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Drive change management for scope adjustments and priority shifts.
  • Enhance agency processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee project budgets, fostering agency-wide communication.
  • Collaborate effectively with large account teams, ensuring project alignment.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, leveraging influence for seamless idea adoption.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably within an agency or media projects.
  • Proven expertise in managing print, broadcast, and digital projects, spanning from project initiation to successful execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tasks such as budget tracking and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing project scope and budget, maintaining profitability while delivering exceptional results.
  • Effective team coordination skills, showcasing the ability to lead, motivate, and influence diverse teams.
  • Natural aptitude for creative problem-solving and abstract thinking.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • PMI and PMP certification is a plus.
  • Exposure to project management tools such as Workfront is advantageous.
