Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our store team and drive sales and profits. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the operational processes, leading a team of well-trained team members, and delivering a customer-centric shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in planning and executing store workload, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
- Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and Company programs, ensuring execution of Company policies and standards, and holding team members accountable for store conditions and results.
- Support and participate in truck unloading and stocking processes, ensuring truck standards are followed and completed within budget.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage team members to achieve their role KPIs.
- Manage visual merchandising standards in-store and execute feature space and seasonal layouts.
- Manage and execute inventory management processes in-store.
- Manage and execute merchandise operations and Omni-channel processes.
- Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
- Train, observe, and coach team members to achieve results, participate in performance management, and support Talent Development.
- Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive and respectful, even in difficult situations, and promote commitment to the organization's vision and values.
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
- Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
- Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
- Assist with Omni-channel processes.
- Retail management leadership experience.
- Public retail store setting, taking care of customers, all public areas are climate-controlled, some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled, some outdoor work if assigned to retrieve shopping carts or while unloading trucks, Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press.
