Key Responsibilities of a Restore Lead Nurse

Team Leadership

  • Oversee a team of nursing professionals by conducting monthly performance reviews, facilitating regular team meetings, and training new registered nurses at your location.
  • Conduct interviews for nursing candidates and collaborate with management to onboard new staff.
  • Manage the scheduling of part-time nursing staff.
  • Implement disciplinary measures when necessary.
  • Ensure nursing coverage during all operational hours and assess staffing needs.
  • Communicate policy updates and serve as a liaison between corporate and local teams.
  • Regularly assess nursing staff to maintain high standards of care and best practices.
  • Oversee nursing operations, procedures, and protocols.
  • Facilitate training and development for current nurses and orientation for new hires.
  • Manage the hiring process, including interviews and selection of nursing personnel.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance as needed.
  • Coordinate mentorship assignments and educational opportunities.
  • Communicate safe practice and staffing ratios to management.

Clinical Operations & Medical Duties

  • Participate in corporate-led nursing meetings on a monthly basis.
  • Administer IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections to provide essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
  • Educate clients on the benefits and features of our IV Drip and Injection offerings.
  • Conduct Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions.
  • Utilize blood testing services to assist clients in optimizing their health.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of medical supplies.
  • Promote membership options and medical services tailored to client needs.
  • Document client interactions using electronic medical records.
  • Address client inquiries with the support of the Restore Nursing Reference Guide under the supervision of the Medical Director and licensed Advanced Practice Providers.
  • Report any client issues or adverse reactions to the medical compliance team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service alongside therapeutic communication.
  • Assist staff with store services as needed.
  • Engage in community outreach and special nursing events.
  • Report directly to the General Manager.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment by implementing procedures and regulations.

Essential Qualities for Success as a Restore Lead Nurse

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience in an acute care environment (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar).
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Demonstrated leadership or management capabilities.
  • At least one year of experience with injection administration.
  • Proficient in using electronic medical records for documentation.
  • Ability to work with a diverse clientele in a non-judgmental manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to ethics and integrity in practice.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment while also excelling independently.
  • Willingness to adhere to all policies and procedures, understanding the importance of medical compliance.
