Primary Responsibilities of a Restore Lead Nurse
Team Leadership
- Oversee a team of Restore Nurses by conducting monthly performance reviews, facilitating regular team meetings, and training new RN hires at your location.
- Conduct interviews for nursing candidates and collaborate with management to onboard new team members.
- Manage scheduling for part-time nursing staff.
- Implement disciplinary measures when necessary.
- Ensure nursing coverage during all operational hours and assess staffing needs.
- Communicate policy updates and serve as a liaison between corporate and local teams.
- Regularly assess nursing staff to maintain high standards of care and best practices.
- Oversee nursing operations, processes, and protocols.
- Facilitate training and development for current staff and orientation for new hires.
- Supervise the hiring process, including interviews and selection of nursing personnel.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide counseling as needed.
- Coordinate mentorship assignments and educational opportunities.
- Communicate safe practice standards and staffing ratios to management.
Clinical Operations & Responsibilities
- Participate in corporate-led nursing meetings.
- Administer IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections to provide essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
- Educate clients on the benefits and properties of our IV Drip and Injection offerings.
- Conduct Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions.
- Utilize blood testing services to assist clients in optimizing their wellness.
- Manage inventory and ordering of medical supplies.
- Promote memberships and medical services tailored to client needs.
- Document client interactions using electronic medical records.
- Address client inquiries with the support of the Medical Director and licensed Advanced Practice Providers.
- Report any client issues or adverse reactions to the medical compliance team.
- Provide excellent customer service alongside therapeutic communication.
- Assist staff with store operations.
- Engage in community outreach and special nursing events.
- Report directly to the General Manager.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by implementing effective procedures and regulations.

Essential Qualities for Success as a Restore Lead Nurse
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
- A minimum of two years of nursing experience in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
- Proven leadership or management skills.
- At least one year of experience in administering injections.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records for documentation.
- Ability to work with a diverse clientele with a non-judgmental approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to ethics and integrity.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment while also excelling independently.
- Willingness to adhere to all policies and procedures, understanding the importance of medical compliance.
