About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nurse Manager to join our team at Restore Hyper Wellness Woodbury. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our IV therapy and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management
    • Manage a team of nurses by conducting regular meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and staff development.
    • Coordinate the scheduling of nurses and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Medical Operations
    • Administer IV drip therapy and intramuscular injections to patients.
    • Educate patients on the benefits and qualities of our IV drip therapy and intramuscular injection services.
    • Manage medical supply inventory and ordering process.
    • Document patient visits and maintain accurate electronic medical records.
  • Client Services
    • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and respond to their inquiries and concerns.
    • Promote our services and products to patients and encourage them to take advantage of our wellness offerings.
    • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies.

Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of [State].
