Role Responsibilities:
This position serves as the primary contact for clients at our financial centers, focusing on identifying personal banking needs for both individual and small business clients. You will offer tailored solutions and connect clients with specialists as necessary.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strengthening client relationships through platform services.
- Assisting clients with self-service or transactional needs.
- Delivering exceptional client service.
Job expectations involve proactively engaging with clients through outbound communications and maintaining consistent follow-up routines.
Required Qualifications:
At least one year of proven sales experience in a client-focused environment is essential. Alternatively, candidates who have previously held roles such as Relationship Manager, Advisor Development Program RM, or similar positions at Bank of America for a minimum of six months will be considered.
The ideal candidate will be:

- Passionate about delivering an experience that enhances clients' financial lives.
- Confident in identifying solutions tailored to client needs.
- Skilled in both written and verbal communication.

Additionally, candidates must be a commissioned notary or be able to obtain a notary commission within a few months of starting the role. Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours may be required.
Desired Qualifications:
A degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred. Experience in a financial center where goals were consistently met or exceeded is advantageous. Retail or sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment is also beneficial.
Familiarity with financial information, spreadsheets, and banking products is expected, along with strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS applications.
Minimum Education Requirement:
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
