Responsibilities:

- Greet members and guests with a smile and provide exceptional customer service
- Perform cleaning activities in accordance with our cleaning playbook and checklists

- Provide knowledge of the Crunch brand and offerings to members and guests when needed

Requirements:

- Ability to execute performance expectations and maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Experience in a service-oriented environment and/or cleaning services preferred
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)

Physical Requirements:

- This is a physical role requiring the employee to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may require standing or bending for prolonged work hours

Compensation:

- Hourly rate: $12-14/hour
- Part-time and full-time positions available

Benefits:

- PTO
- Subsidized health insurance coverage (health, dental, vision) for full-time positions
