Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure that all maintenance projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and meet the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any maintenance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors to ensure that all maintenance projects are completed to the highest standard.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, with at least 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
  • General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance, and HVAC systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people.
  • Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • CAMT certification preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Vocational or technical training in a related field.
  • HVAC, asbestos, or lead-based paint certifications.
  • Direct experience working with contractors.
