Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our team at Integer Holdings Corporation. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to Integer's Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements, including Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations.
  • Perform inspections using standard measuring tools, measuring machines, and electronic instruments in accordance with authorized specifications and quality control standards.
  • Analyze data and make accept/reject decisions using standard or custom procedures.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and develop solutions for technical problems of limited scope.
  • May repair, modify, and/or maintain systems and measurement equipment.
  • Set up and run measurement systems with direction.
  • Use judgment and problem-solving skills to provide input in the evolution of measurement equipment, systems, and processes.
  • Work in individual and team settings with guidance as needed.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and ensure paperwork compliance on all inspected items.
  • Interact professionally with other departments to provide data, analysis results, and decisions.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree in a technical field or other technical degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or regulated industry.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings/prints; basic knowledge in the use of hand gages, tool scopes, and height stands.
  • Experience measuring physical dimensions on parts; ability to interpret and apply GD&T to measurement methods.
  • Experience with Vision-based CMM systems preferred.
