Lead Intervention Specialist Job Summary:
Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is searching for an experienced Lead Intervention Specialist to oversee our intervention programs and ensure they align with ODE standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in special education and experience in supervising staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement instructional programs aligned with ODE standards and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to assigned staff members.
  • Collaborate with school leaders to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or Special Education from an accredited institution.
  • Ohio Intervention Specialist License and current Ohio Teacher Certification required.
  • Two years of direct teaching experience and one year of supervisory experience preferred.

Estimated Salary:$70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
