Job Summary

NV5, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead our geotechnical engineering team in the Pacific Northwest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the development of geotechnical engineering solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain client relationships and generate new revenue through business development initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and project managers.
  • Manage and solve complex technical problems and develop QA/QC programs and procedures.
  • Oversee project management, including project schedules, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Communicate effectively with project employees, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a related technical field.
  • 12+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
  • Registered RG, CEG, PE, GE or equivalent certification.
