Job Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Safety Specialist to join our team at Dispatch Security. As an Armed Security Guard, you will be responsible for protecting people, property, and assets at our facility.

Your primary duties will include enforcing company policies and procedures, securing high-value assets, and inspecting and securing doors, windows, and access points.

In addition to your physical presence, you will also play a critical role in responding to emergencies and incidents, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Access Control:
    • Verify identities and grant access to authorized personnel.
    • Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to detect potential security threats.
  • Safety Protocols:
    • Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and ensure safety.
    • Secure and monitor high-value assets, including cash, inventory, or equipment.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
    • Prepare detailed incident reports for management or law enforcement as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Education and Certification:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Valid armed security guard license or permit (Missouri).
  2. Experience:
    • Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred.
  3. Skills and Attributes:
    • Excellent observational and communication skills.
    • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
    • Physical fitness and stamina to perform regular patrols.
  4. Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience.
