  • Delivers high-quality patient care and services in accordance with established standards and protocols.
  • Assists patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitors patients' vital signs and reports any changes or concerns to the RN.
  • Participates in patient education and support to promote health and well-being.
  • Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and services.

Requirements:

  • Licensed CNA in the State of Texas - required.
  • 1+ years' experience - preferred.
  • Experience with Hospice or Home Health - preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to travel - must have reliable transportation.
  • Clean background check and drug screen.

Benefits:

  • Semi-monthly pay periods - Direct Deposit.

Work Environment:

  • 12 Hour Shifts; 7:00pm - 7:00am.
