About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pyramid Global Hospitality. As a key member of our resort's operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, safety, and efficiency of our facilities and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
  • Address and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
  • Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and prolong the life of equipment and facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the resort's infrastructure, identifying potential issues and taking corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests and support overall resort operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests and be available for on-call duties as needed.
  • Assist with renovation and remodeling projects as required.
  • Participate in training sessions and stay updated on the latest maintenance techniques and safety practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role, preferably in a hospitality or resort setting.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, swimming pools, and general maintenance practices.
  • Certification or training in relevant maintenance fields is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Proficiency with maintenance management software and tools.
