About the Role

As a Construction Project Manager at Michael Page, you will be responsible for managing all phases of construction projects, with a focus on industrial builds. You will lead project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans. You will ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns. You will also coordinate with local government agencies, school boards, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment, and prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management. Additionally, you will oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project, and perform site visits to monitor progress and ensure the highest quality standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing construction projects, with a focus on industrial builds.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing conditions.
  • PMP, LEED, or related certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to pass a background and drug test is a requirement due to the nature of their client base being in the education space.

  • Competitive base salary between $85,000-$120,000 depending on project experience and skills.
