- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years of supervisory or management responsibility
- Valid Oregon driver's license
- PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Familiarity with collective bargaining contracts a plus
A competitive salary range of $100,776-$123,360, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
