Job Summary

As an EHS Specialist at Mindlance, you will be responsible for developing, administering, and implementing Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs in accordance with corporate requirements and governmental regulations. This includes managing EHS permits, licenses, and registrations, as well as conducting EHS reviews for new product development, facility modification, and equipment installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops, administers, and implements EHS programs in accordance with corporate requirements and governmental regulations.
  • Manages EHS permits, licenses, and registrations.
  • Conducts EHS reviews for new product development, facility modification, and equipment installations.
  • Provides employee awareness and training on matters of environmental, health, and safety.
  • Develops and drives programs and policies to improve Safety Culture and better understanding of risk.

Requirements
  • University Degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of environmental regulatory requirements, and experience with California Regulations preferred.
