As a Clinical Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dialysis clinics, providing leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports, and maintaining clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinic Operations: Manage daily clinic operations, including cost control, process optimization, staffing, and quality standards.
- Leadership and Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities for team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Patient Care: Coordinate patient care with staff members, ensure patient education, and address concerns and questions.
- Staff Management: Participate in hiring, orientation, and training of new team members, maintain current knowledge of company policies, and complete employee evaluations.
- Physician Relationships: Facilitate physician privileges, ensure regular communication, and participate in interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Licensure and Certification: Current state licensure as a registered nurse (RN).
- Experience: At least 6 years of business operations experience in a healthcare facility, with 12 months of clinical nursing experience and 6 months of chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $81,000 - $136,000, depending on location and qualifications.
