Spokane, Washington, United States DaVita Full time

DaVita, a leading healthcare provider, seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to join its team of dedicated professionals in an outpatient dialysis center.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a Dialysis Nurse Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.

This is a full-time position requiring a flexible schedule, with shifts typically 8-12 hours long, 3-4 days per week. You must be able to work rotating shifts, including early morning and some evenings, with no nocturnal shifts or Sunday shifts.

To succeed in this role, you will need a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, an Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing, and at least one year of experience in a clinical setting. While experience in dialysis is not required, it is highly preferred.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) 50% match, paid time off, and PTO cash out. Our DaVita Rewards program connects teammates to what matters most, providing a sense of community and belonging.

In addition to competitive pay, ranging from $35.00 to $48.00 per hour, we offer opportunities for career growth and development through our THRIVE program, which develops high-potential nurses into operational managers.

If you are a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
