Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail & Attractions Supervisor to join our team at Great Wolf Lodge. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail and attractions departments, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of retail and attractions staff, ensuring seamless execution of all lodge safety and service standards.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and recognition to team members to enhance their performance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with department and lodge leadership to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, employee retention, and business performance.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to leadership as necessary.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication of guest requests and feedback to relevant departments.
  • Participate in scheduling, labor management, and forecasting to optimize staff utilization and productivity.
  • Conduct daily stand-up meetings with team members to prioritize tasks and facilitate feedback.
  • Monitor and improve the performance of retail and attractions staff, providing real-time feedback and coaching.
  • Ensure retail outlets and attractions are well-organized, properly stocked, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Partner with department leaders to develop and execute action plans to enhance guest service and employee engagement.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to all relevant regulations and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general software systems, with experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
