Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of our retail and attractions teams, ensuring that all tasks and assignments are completed to the highest standard.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and recognition to team members to enhance their performance and job satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement action plans to improve guest service and pack member engagement.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of our retail outlets and attractions, ensuring that they are organized, properly stocked, and meet safety standards.
  • Participate in recruitment and selection of talent for retail and attractions, and assist in the development of training programs to enhance team member skills.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of programs to ensure a safe facility that complies with all relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general software systems, with the ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
