Role Overview: Residential Inspection Analyst
In the capacity of a Residential Inspection Analyst, you will be pivotal in overseeing property evaluations and ensuring precise risk categorization for our clients. Your contributions will uphold high standards in inspection quality, data management, and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspection Oversight: Initiate, modify, and manage property evaluations to guarantee accurate risk classification.
- Quality Control: Assess inspection outcomes for precision and liaise with inspection providers and underwriters to address any inconsistencies.
- Data Coordination: Employ various software applications for data entry, connect information across systems, and reconcile inspection billing.
- Client Support: Respond to inquiries from agency partners, inspectors, and insured individuals, providing necessary inspection details and resolving issues as required.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with underwriters and fellow team members to ensure inspections are conducted efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications:
- Education: A high school diploma or GED is required. Additional education in construction or related disciplines is preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience or training in a similar capacity. Construction experience and Florida CRC, CBC, or CGC certifications are highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficient in utilizing various software applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines.
- Familiarity with property evaluation processes and risk assessment is advantageous.
