Music Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Music Therapist to join our team at Beaumont Behavioral Health, a 144-bed behavioral health facility. As a Music Therapist, you will be responsible for providing music therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic activity interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide music therapy services to patients, including individual and group interventions
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to address cognitive, social, emotional, and physical goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Music Therapy with Certification in Music Therapy required
- One year of related experience, with knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques and understanding of mental illness preferred
- Music Therapist-Board Certified (MT-BC) required
