POSITION SUMMARY

As an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our equipment. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining and improving our shop environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct testing on ESP machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Apply paint to equipment as needed for maintenance and aesthetics.
  • Perform thorough inspections to identify any issues.
  • Support the Extract 6S program to maintain an organized workspace.
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload equipment as required.
  • Relocate equipment to designated areas within the facility.
  • Norm inbound equipment to ensure proper handling.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels to ensure availability.
  • Identify and request inventory based on reorder points.
  • Retrieve equipment as needed for operations.
  • Conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Receive inbound shipments and document their arrival.
  • Keep accurate records of equipment and parts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exhibit strong listening skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Demonstrate a high work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Be open to opportunities for cross-training in various areas.
EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
