We are seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to oversee on-site construction activities and direct field personnel in the St Louis area.

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

We require our Construction Manager to:

  • Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
  • Direct all field personnel to achieve timely project completion.
  • Maintain clear, daily communication with Project Managers and administrative staff.
  • Develop and update project schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Assess field personnel and crew performance.
  • Complete daily site reports and timesheets.
  • Attend scheduled on-site and off-site meetings.
  • Promote and enforce safety practices.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

  • 5 years in the construction industry, with at least 2 years as a lead Superintendent.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
  • Proficiency in blueprint and contract document review.
  • Experience with construction-related software is a plus.
  • Strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
