Job Summary

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our nursing unit, ensuring seamless patient care and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide reception functions, collect and compile patient data, assemble medical records, and assist with patient admission/discharge.
  • Patient Care: Perform routine patient care functions as needed, including vital sign collection and medication administration.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately maintain patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and test results.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Prior work experience in a medical setting, preferably in a clinical or administrative role.
  • Certifications: Current BLS certification upon hire (must be issued by the AHA).
  • Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; proficiency in medical terminology and Universal Precautions.
